What you need before starting

An admin login to your Zoho CRM, the owner login (or equivalent) for your Shopify store, and ideally a test Shopify store for the first end-to-end check. That's it.

The four phases

01
Add it from the Zoho Marketplace
Find Easy Shopify For Zoho CRM, click Install, and pick who can see it.
02
Open the Settings screen
Inside Zoho CRM, open the extension's Settings. Each step unlocks the next.
03
Connect Shopify, then Zoho
Add your store on the Stores tab, then Connect Zoho CRM. Two one-time sign-ins.
04
Check the default sync rules
Nine rules are ready on the Sync Rules tab — the "new" ones on by default.

Try it out

  1. In Shopify, add a test customer with a unique email address.
  2. Within seconds, open Contacts in your Zoho CRM — the new contact should be there.
  3. Open the Shopify Logs module. You'll see a row recording exactly when the customer arrived from Shopify, and that it succeeded.
Already have customers in Shopify?

The extension starts watching only after it's installed, so anything that happened in Shopify before installation won't be in your CRM yet. Once you've confirmed the basics work, run a Historical Sync to bring in your back catalogue.
