Chapter Ten · Shopify

Your Shopify store, mirrored into Zoho CRM.

Stop copying customer details from Shopify into Zoho CRM. The moment someone buys, signs up, or updates their profile in your store, the matching record appears in your CRM — ready for your sales and support teams to act on.

What it does
Every Shopify record, where your team already works.

The mappings below are the defaults — what every merchant gets out of the box. Prefer customers to land in Leads instead of Contacts? Orders to flow into Sales Orders? Products to fill a custom catalogue? Re-point any sync to any CRM module on the Sync Rules tab. The defaults fit most businesses; the flexibility fits yours.

01
Customers become Contacts · default and modifiable
New customers and profile updates flow into your CRM Contacts automatically — with name, email, phone, and address filled in.
02
Orders become Deals · default and modifiable
Each Shopify order shows up as a CRM Deal with line items, totals, payment status, and fulfillment progress.
03
Products mirror over · default and modifiable
Add a product on Shopify, it appears in your CRM Products module. Edit it, and the changes follow.
04
Push back from CRM
Edit a customer or order in Zoho, click the Push to Shopify button, and the change is reflected on your store.
